How long does shipping take?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times typically take 7–15 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use it to follow your package in real time.

My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?

Tracking can take 1–2 business days to show movement after your order ships. If it still hasn't updated, reach out to us and we'll look into it.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

We process orders quickly, so address changes aren't always possible. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't show up?

We've got you covered. Reach out within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions on how to send your item back.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

What if I received the wrong item?

We're sorry about that! Contact us right away and we'll send you the correct item at no extra cost.

What are your products made of?

Upgrade hair and skin products are made with plant and mineral-derived ingredients. We carefully select the best natural, organic and vegan ingredients to give you the cleanest product possible.  

Are your products safe for all hair types?

Yes, our products are formulated to work across a range of hair types. If you have specific sensitivities, we recommend checking the ingredient list before use.

How long will a product last me?

With regular daily use, most products last 1–2 months depending on hair length, how much and how often you apply.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for a fast, secure checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Where is my order confirmation?

Check your spam or junk folder if you haven't received it within a few minutes. If it's still missing, reach out and we'll resend it.
